FAQ
Frequently Asked
What standard do your aviation fuels meet?
What standard does your road diesel meet?
We offer EN 590-grade automotive diesel (ULSD), aligned with Europe’s 10 ppm sulfur limit and common B7 (up to 7% FAME) blending practice where applicable.
How can we safely verify bank details and avoid fraud?
Before sending funds, independently call a known number to confirm any new or changed payment instructions. If you suspect Business Email Compromise (BEC), contact your bank and report via the FBI’s IC3; U.S. guidance also points to rapid law-enforcement escalation.
Which Incoterms can we use?
Common options include FOB, CFR and CIF; we align responsibilities, risk transfer and documentation to the ICC’s Incoterms® 2020 rules in the sales contract. All incoterms can be found in our brochure.
What documents come with a shipment?
Typical packs include commercial invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading/CMR, and independent inspection/CQ/COQ reports where agreed, to evidence quality and quantity at the custody point.
How do I request a quote (RFQ)?
Email us your product, grade/spec (e.g., EN 590 10 ppm), monthly volume or one-off lift, target Incoterm (FOB/CFR/CIF), load/discharge ports, preferred delivery window, and any inspection/doc requirements. We’ll acknowledge within one business day.
What basic KYC documents should buyers share?
To speed onboarding, please provide company registration, ownership/authorized signatory details, and proof of business address; further due diligence may apply under international Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards.
How do you handle sanctions and screening?
We screen counterparties, vessels, and cargoes; contracts observe applicable regimes (e.g., U.S. OFAC). Note the “50 Percent Rule”: entities owned ≥50% by blocked persons are treated as blocked.

New Client Onboarding
We make getting started simple and disciplined. Share your RFQ (grade/spec, volume profile, Incoterms, load/discharge ports, delivery window) and we’ll align on scope, then complete KYC/AML and payment terms. Next, we agree inspection points and documents, run a trial shipment to validate specs and timelines, and lock in a communication cadence so repeat lifts are smooth and predictable.

Foreign Servicing Program
Cross-border deals need speed, clarity, and compliance. Our foreign servicing desk supports multiple time zones and languages, handles document legalization and attestations where required, and coordinates with vetted labs, inspectors, shipowners, and last-mile carriers. We align on local standards, export controls, and currency/settlement preferences.

Low on Energy? We can Help!
While our current portfolio centers on conventional petroleum products and fertilizers, we monitor this transition pathway closely for customers with marine fuel decarbonization roadmaps and will communicate any future LNG supply options as the project advances toward its projected start-up.
